Dried Curry Tofu Puffs
We love Phat Phrik Khing! However, we found out that we were lacking almost half of the ingredients needed. So based on what we had, we twisted this dish to our own version.
Ingredients
Curry paste
- pesto paste
- coriander chutney
- shredded garlic
- slices of ginger
- shredded coriander roots
- dried lemon grass leaves (soaked in hot water)
- masala powder
- dried chilli pepper
- yellow curry powder
- honey
- fresh lime juice
Directions
- Stir-fry the mentioned ingredients in a pan with a little bit of water so the paste has a sauce consistency.
- Put the tofu puffs and green beans inside to stir fry together.
