Okra Silken Tofu

One of our favourite cold tofu dishes. Full of nutrients and super healthy! Perfect for someone who is on a strict diet.

Directions

  1. Put the chopped okra inside boiling water for 2-3 mins, leak the water
  2. Set the okra together with 100g silken tofu
  3. Warm up 1tsp of Sichuan pepper oil, 1 tbsp of olive oil
  4. Add 2-3 dried chili pepper and stir fry for 2-3 mins until the aroma comes out
  5. Pour 3/4 cup of light soy sauce
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of balsamic
  7. 2-3 tbsp of sticky pomegranate sauce
  8. Pour 1/3-1/2 cup of brown sugar/ or honey
  9. Stir fry the sauce until it gets a little bit sticky
  10. Pour the sauce on the okra and tofu
  11. Chop some spring onion or coriander and add white sesame to garnish the dish.
