Okra Silken Tofu
One of our favourite cold tofu dishes. Full of nutrients and super healthy! Perfect for someone who is on a strict diet.
Directions
- Put the chopped okra inside boiling water for 2-3 mins, leak the water
- Set the okra together with 100g silken tofu
- Warm up 1tsp of Sichuan pepper oil, 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Add 2-3 dried chili pepper and stir fry for 2-3 mins until the aroma comes out
- Pour 3/4 cup of light soy sauce
- Pour 1/4 cup of balsamic
- 2-3 tbsp of sticky pomegranate sauce
- Pour 1/3-1/2 cup of brown sugar/ or honey
- Stir fry the sauce until it gets a little bit sticky
- Pour the sauce on the okra and tofu
- Chop some spring onion or coriander and add white sesame to garnish the dish.
