Tofu Asparagus Puff Pastry Bundles
It’s super easy to make but extremely delicious and looks pretty. Perfect for party snacks.
Directions
- We scrambled the tofu and marinated it with pesto, olive oil, shredded garlic, lime juice, black pepper and light soy sauce
- Then folded the scrambled tofu inside the dough together with 4-5 asparagus
- It’s really recommended to brush the “ready to be baked” pastries with a mixture of soy milk, olive oil and curcuma powder, so they will look nice and golden
- Bake the pastries in the oven for 20-25 mins under 180-200°C until they turn puffed and golden
