Tofu Asparagus Puff Pastry Bundles

It’s super easy to make but extremely delicious and looks pretty. Perfect for party snacks.

Directions

  1. We scrambled the tofu and marinated it with pesto, olive oil, shredded garlic, lime juice, black pepper and light soy sauce
  2. Then folded the scrambled tofu inside the dough together with 4-5 asparagus
  3. It’s really recommended to brush the “ready to be baked” pastries with a mixture of soy milk, olive oil and curcuma powder, so they will look nice and golden
  4. Bake the pastries in the oven for 20-25 mins under 180-200°C until they turn puffed and golden
