Tofu Dumplings

Ingredients

Filling
  • firm tofu
  • brown mushrooms
  • spring onion
  • chickpeas (stir-fried with curry and sticky sour sauce)
  • black sesame
  • sichuan pepper oil
  • sesame oil
  • masala powder
  • red paprika powder
  • black pepper
  • light soy sauce

Directions

  1. Marinate the filling for 15-20 mins, then squeeze the water out before making the dumplings
  2. Steam for about 10 minutes
