Tofu Dumplings

Ingredients
Filling
- firm tofu
- brown mushrooms
- spring onion
- chickpeas (stir-fried with curry and sticky sour sauce)
- black sesame
- sichuan pepper oil
- sesame oil
- masala powder
- red paprika powder
- black pepper
- light soy sauce
Directions
- Marinate the filling for 15-20 mins, then squeeze the water out before making the dumplings
- Steam for about 10 minutes
