Tofu Tacos

Tofu tacos with guacamole. Totally made from scratch! For the dough of the taco shells, we use a mixture of corn flour and all purpose flour with a rate of 1:2, so they get nice yellow color and have good texture at the same time!

Ingredients

  • tofu
  • corn flour
  • flour
  • avocado
  • red beans
  • lettuce
  • red chilli pepper
  • green pepper
  • fresh tomatoes
  • spring onions
  • garlic
  • tomato paste •honey
  • dark soy sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • tandoori powder
  • black sesame
  • lime juice
  • basil

Directions

  1. Crumble the tofu and marinate with tomato paste, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, tandoori powder, lime juice, spring onion and garlic
  2. Sent to bake for 15-20 mins under 200-220°C
  3. Fill taco shells with the “tofu mince”
