Tofu Tacos
Tofu tacos with guacamole. Totally made from scratch! For the dough of the taco shells, we use a mixture of corn flour and all purpose flour with a rate of 1:2, so they get nice yellow color and have good texture at the same time!

- corn flour
- flour
- avocado
- red beans
- lettuce
- red chilli pepper
- green pepper
- fresh tomatoes
- spring onions
- garlic
- tomato paste •honey
- dark soy sauce
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- tandoori powder
- black sesame
- lime juice
- basil
Directions
- Crumble the tofu and marinate with tomato paste, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, tandoori powder, lime juice, spring onion and garlic
- Sent to bake for 15-20 mins under 200-220°C
- Fill taco shells with the “tofu mince”
